FIELD EXPERIENCE

Inside the forest, without haste

In the Casentino Forests, photography changes after just a few meters of trail. Tree trunks, water, rocks, and leaves demand essential framing and careful control of the edges. We'll stop where light and structure allow us to really work.

Why photograph the Casentino Forests?

The park offers forests of varying densities and species. This allows for comparisons between wide-ranging scenes and tighter compositions without limiting the workshop to a single photographic point.

Streams add movement and reflections. We'll use different timings to decide how much structure to leave in the water and how to separate it from the rocks and wet leaves.

The program will take into account the weather, trail conditions, and forest conditions. Participants will receive times and meeting points after the final inspection.
